This site showcases and accepts requests for custom digital art, illustrations, 3D models, and animations. All communication, quotes, and project agreements occur directly through email or approved third-party platforms (e.g., DeviantArt, Boosty, Hipolink, Buy me a Coffee, Ko-fi).

3) Payments

Payments are processed externally via third-party services. The website itself does not collect or store payment data.
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
Due to current international restrictions, refunds are generally not available. However, if a file is corrupted or incorrectly delivered, you may contact us for assistance or a replacement.

4) Digital Goods & Delivery

All artworks and digital files are delivered electronically via email or secure download links. Once a final file has been sent, the sale is considered complete.

5) Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, and written materials are protected under copyright law and remain the property of Yuliya Zabelina (ERA7), unless a full transfer of rights is explicitly agreed upon.
Commissioned works include a limited license for personal or commercial use as agreed with the client.
Reproduction, resale, modification, AI training, NFT minting, or redistribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.

You agree to provide clear project details, references, and deadlines. The final result depends on the accuracy of your instructions. Minor edits are included; major revisions may require additional fees.
